How we use your personal data

Who we are

52Gaz is an independent property advisory. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, 52Gaz is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share on 52gaz.in.

What we collect

• Details you type into the enquiry form: name, phone number, WhatsApp number (if different), email (optional), whether you are an NRI and the country / city you live in, and your message.
• Which page you sent the enquiry from and, if you arrived from an advert, the campaign name in the link.
• A record of your consent: the version of this notice and the date and time you agreed.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and help you with it: calling you, messaging you on WhatsApp or SMS, sending project options that match what you asked for, and arranging site visits you request. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

• The developer of a project, only when you ask for a site visit or a booking, so they can register your visit.
• Our website host, which stores the data for us under contract. Servers may be located outside India.

We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

While we are helping you, and for up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless you withdraw consent sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

• Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: send STOP on WhatsApp (+971 50 381 5056) or by using the enquiry form on this site. We stop contacting you and delete your details.
• Access, correct or erase your data, or nominate someone to act for you, by messaging the same WhatsApp number or using the enquiry form.
• Grievances: contact us the same way and we will respond as soon as possible and within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
